HNP Response: The CAP program should be used to document the occurrence of: a. Any section, unit or subunit exceeding its monthly goal. b. The responsible section, unit or sub-unit will document, any work activity with an actual dose equal to or greater than 10 mrem and is ± 25% (that is, plus or minus) of the estimate. c. Any weekly dose projection activity greater than or equal to 50 mrem with a dose delta of + 25% (that is, plus or minus). d. The responsible section, unit or sub-unit will document, any work activity or weekly dose projection which does not meet the above thresholds at management discretion to capture lessons learned or improvement opportunities.
