surveys:
1. At your site, do you require a peer check for down posting
HRA's/LHRA's?
Yes, by a follow technician and RP shift supervisor.
2. At your site, do you require an independent survey from another
technician for down posting HRA's/LHRA's?
Yes, A SR tech will survey area and sign off survey.
3. At your site, do you require a Supervisor to perform a review of
the survey
map prior to down posting HRA's/LHRA's?
Supervisor must review and approve all down postings.
We are trying to determine what constitutes a peer check (e.g.
independent
survey, two technicians signing same survey, etc.)
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
