Columbia's response,

The total effective dose equivalent (TEDE) for an adult worker is limited to
2000 mrem per year. This is to include occupational dose received at other
facilities. Individuals whose lifetime TEDE in rem is known to exceed their age
in years is limited to 1000 mrem per year. There are no administrative dose
hold points for dose to the lens of the eye (LDE), skin of the whole body
(SDE), or to the skin of any extremity. Only federal limits apply.
An administrative dose hold point for a declared pregnant woman may be
determined by the RPM at the time of declaration.
