1. How does your facility control extremity TLDs? (IE, automated dispenser, technician controlled, etc..) 2. How are extremity TLDs logged/ tied to a user? 3. Is multiple shift usage of extremity TLDs utilized? If yes, what are the limits of multiple uses?
