1. North Anna's extremity TLDs are controlled and issued by Heath Physics. 2. Extremity TLDs are issued, tracked, and updated with HIS-20 (exposure management software). 3. Extremity TLDs are issued to an individual and a specific RWP. They can be used multiple times for the same worker and RWP. If the worker changes RWPs and requires extremity monitoring, a new set of TLDs will be issued for that RWP.
