Outage goal is built into our business plan. At the beginning of the year we justify our outage goals with our FY goals. At six months out we begin our dose construction with work scope freeze. At 3 months out we present all our ALARA plans to the ALARA site committee for approval., this committee will meet at 2 months out and put the outage goal in stone. The ALARA department will break the dose down from the planned work to the respective departments.
