All, Bruce Power is looking to re-vamp our ALARA Program. If you are able to share your ALARA program documents with us it would be greatly appreciated. Some specific areas we are interested in: 1. How does your high hazard work planning differ from planning a large program job? Do you have an overall ALARA Plan for something like boiler inspections, with other ALARA Plans for high hazard components of that work? 2. How do you "challenge" your ALARA Plans to make sure that the initiatives included in the plan can actually be achieved? 3. What have you done to instill an "every mrem counts" culture at your plant? 4. How do you integrate an ALARA Plan into the work plans and tasks for the job? 5. At what dose thresholds do your ALARA Committees approve the ALARA plans, and what does this approval look like? 6. Who develops the ALARA Plans at your plant? 7. What are the typical collective doses for your larger outage programs? 8. What information is included in your daily RP report to your leadership team? What is done with this information? Thank you in advance! Carrie Porter
