2)      Does your site require ON SHIFT personnel (Ops, Chemistry, RP) to login 
on an RWP with an electronic dosimeter at the beginning of shift and remain 
signed in all day?

No it is not required.  Most are required to sign out after each entry.  The 
only exception is for Operations, Chemistry and RP if they are going in and out 
frequently of the RCA.  If they are going in and C-zone, high rad or LHRA they 
sign out each time.  We have emergency EDs for emergency responders
