what is primary method of documenting survey information, paper or electronic survey program?
how does worker review survey information for job planning / prior to entering RCA, paper or electronic copies? how (in simple terms) is survey information controlled so that only most current survey information is available for viewing? prior to entering RCA, are all workers required to interface with RP / HP personnel to validate radiological conditions for area(s) to be accessed? if interface with RP/HP, how often (every entry, shiftly), what (if any) groups are exempted (Ops, Chem, Security)? are trip / info tickets used for all RCA entries?
