HRA/LHRA/VHRA Access Controls - Checklist (pdf) [Description: 7/26/2013]
http://www.inpo.org/rp/ChecklistHighRadArea.pdf
Go to the INPO member's website... RP Homepage - Look for the link above.
This is a document that INPO put together that discusses several aspects of
HRA/LHRA/VHRA required and recommended actions. This was vetted via the
industry RP CFAMs and is available for your review and use (as you see fit) -
It is NOT a tool that INPO will use during evaluations/reviews (i.e. see the
intro wording on page 1).
I would refer you pages 6 & 7 of this document for insights to locks and key
control.
Hope this helps.

Subject: Powernet: HRA Key Inventory

All,

Salem has their Shift RP Technicians perform a shiftly key check. This consist
of looking to see if any keys are missing and documenting the check was done in
their logs. We would like to know:

1. Do you perform a HRA key inventory?

2. What is your process?

3. Do you differentiate your HRA keys from other keys? (ex. Colors, tags,
etc.)

4. Is this driven by procedure?

Thank you.
