All,

Salem has their Shift RP Technicians perform a shiftly key check. This consist
of looking to see if any keys are missing and documenting the check was done in
their logs. We would like to know:

1. Do you perform a HRA key inventory? YES

2. What is your process? Procedure driven and performed at the end of
every 12 hour shift.

3. Do you differentiate your HRA keys from other keys? (ex. Colors, tags,
etc.) Color-coded tags

4. Is this driven by procedure? Yes it is procedure driven and I can
supply that on request.

Thank you.
