When workers at your utility sign out of an RWP does your station use a secondary means of identifying the worker. Currently BFN only uses the ED in the workers possession at sign out to identify the worker. The question that arose was how do we know a worker signed out with the same ED they signed in with.
Examples of secondary identification methods could be scanning a TLD. manually entering a plant ID or some other method.
