Duke Energy (Brunswick, Catawba, Crystal River, Harris, McGuire, Oconee, Robinson) uses the DMC200S and does NOT latch rate alarms. We thought about it a few years back when there were a string of workers "not hearing" their rate alarms. We decided not to use the latched rate alarms because it eliminated the ability to pre-brief expected rate alarms.
