Guidance used in our procedure allows the Hi-Hi alarm setpoints for radiation monitors to be set way below the Tech Spec limits. How do you set your rad. Monitor setpoints and what is the basis for the Hi and the HI-HI setpoint for liquid rad monitors? (Alert /Hi Alarm - some alarm setpoints are listed as Alert/Hi instead of Hi / Hi-Hi) Would you be willing to provide a copy of procedure you use as a guidance for liquid rad monitors setpoint determination?
