Hi,

Diablo Canyon uses an in-house developed application called Electronic Survey
Program (ESP). Don't you like our catchy name. It's been in use since the
2009 time frame. It was designed by the RP department and written by an IT
group led by a former RP tech. We do not allow the use of paper surveys if ESP
is available and I think our folks have gotten to the point where they would be
very unhappy if ESP was not available, particularly during an outage.

Happy Friday All,

Linda

TMI has an electronic survey program (VSDS) however we struggle during outages.
How do you ensure all surveys are performed electronically and folks don't
revert back to paper? Who is using VSDS as their electronic survey program?
