Our previous process (for OJT Trainer and TPE Evaluators) required... * Must get qualified to be a Trainer (OJT) and/or Evaluator (TPE) * Must then be designated to OJT and/or TPE for a specific RP Task (as designated by RP management) * Must be qualified to the task (there were some exceptions to this). BUT... our most recent procedure changes (as part of our new merged company) has changed this... * eliminated the requirements for designating a given Trainer and/or Evaluator to only OJT/TPE assigned (designated) tasks * Now, to conduct OJT you must be qualified as an OJT trainer and be qualified to the task you want to train on. Same for TPE.
