At Palo Verde, a Temporary Reactor Head is used when draining down to Mid-Loop. 
 This allows us to refill the refuel cavity with water to reduce dose.

Does your site use a Temporary Reactor Head?  If not, what methods are used to 
control dose or reduce dose rates on refuel floor.
