I would use a histogram as necessary for an exposure investigation and attach
the relevant portions to that hardcopy investigation for retention. I haven't
otherwise attempt to store them.

Subject: [EXTERNAL] [powernet] Histogram Archival Questions

Histogram Archival Questions:

1. Are event related histograms printed and archived with other event
documents?

2. Are non-event related histograms (e.g. anticipated dose rate alarms,
invalid alarms) archived?

a. If no, how long are they retained after review?

b. If yes, how long are they retained?

c. If yes, what format is used for storage?

3. Have you ever had the need or a request for a non-event related
histogram?

Thanks,
