Duke Energy Catawba has implemented this DNP initiative as well and we will document in our corrective action program when three or more persons incur Level 1 PCEs from a single event or whenever the same person incurs multiple Level 1 PCEs in a short period of time (e.g., refueling outage). Otherwise, we simply log Level 1 PCEs.
