South Texas does not document Level 1 PCEs in our CR database unless one of the following occurs:
1. Internal dose is assigned 2. The PCE occurred in a clean area of the plant We do have a tracking database (a PCE log) where we enter all personnel contaminations, though, which is what we use for tracking and trending these events.
