Comanche Peak would like to know if other plants are saving their Unconditional Release Survey's from NISP - 07 and retaining them in your sites vault as a record. Additionally, if you use an electronic survey program with a copy of Attachment 1, do you keep the survey and document it just like all other radiological survey's being performed?
