For planned refueling outages Vogtle 1&2 currently installs recurring lead shielding per the approved temporary shielding package and does not create a work order package to perform these activities. The activities are tracked through P-6. We have been challenged on this practice and are wondering how other sites track their lead installation. Please answer the question below.
