DC Cook does not currently e-mail Form-5s to workers. We performed an initial "what if?" look into it, passed it through our Legal folks, w/o issue, however we are still using snail mail. I'm sure most of us remember this question coming through PN around the first of the year. If the original requestor of that information tallied up those responses, can you please forward that on to Michael, and maybe the rest of us? Thank you,
