Folks, The question as to whether licensees can use email vice snail mail came up a while ago through your DNP RP team. I discussed it with NRR who went through their Office of General Council (OGC). They confirmed that email is an appropriate method to send Form-5’s. 10CFR20 does not specify the US Postal Service as the method to communicate dose to workers; therefore, email is acceptable.
