  1.  At what frequency do you perform Area TLD/OSL monitor changeouts at your 
facility? (e.g., quarterly)

 Quarterly

  1.  What type of device do you use for area monitoring? Please be specific 
(e.g., LiF (Cu, Mg), OSL, etc.)

 Genesis Ultra’s 4 element TLD (3 7LiF:Mg, Cu, P TLD700H] and 1 6LiF:Mg, Cu, P 
[TLD600H])




  1.  Has the number of your area monitoring locations increased or decreased?
We have remained steady since 2011 and are at 65 area TLD’s
Duke Energy answers: 1. quarterly; 2. TLD - LiF, (Mg, Ti); 3. increased.
