After some discussion with the local DBus guru we came to the conclusion
that if this causes problems, DBus is seriously broken anyway.
I mean - we are talking about less than one event per second usually, so
it should not ever be a problem - at least not more than the old way was.
And we in fact lose some complexity since we now can have "anonymous"
clients that don't cause overhead in the daemon since he does not need
to know about them (those applets that just want to display some battery
status can just listen to the broadcasts).
