Vacancy Description

In this function you will apply
computational techniques to study the effect of mutations in HIV and
Hepatitis C genes on the efficacy of antiviral drugs. You will develop
new models to predict clinical outcome results of antiviral drugs. You
will apply data mining approaches to one of the world’s largest HIV
genotype databases to answer scientific questions from internal and
external diagnostic experts. In addition, you will be part of projects
in drug discovery and development. As a member of the Computational
Virology and Chem/Bio-Informatics group you will also play an active
role in the development and implementation of the strategy of the group.
