saya pernah baca seorang Tokoh Inia, kalo ndak PM ya menristek, mengatakan hal itu, itu adalah kerja keras , keberuntungan dan tentu saja comitmen dari Pemerintah. tanpa komitmen dari yang berkuasa, amat sulit diwujutkan. keberuntungan bisa diceritakan dari waktu kasus Y2K, universitas inidia masih memakai Fortrand sebagai bahasa pemrograman, sedang dinegara-negara lain, sudah ditinggalkan karena dianggap kuno, diganti bahasa program yang baru, disini keberuntungannya, ...mesin-mesin masih banyak dibuat dengan bahasa lama/fortran karena memang masih banyak mesin buatan tahun lampau, terutama mesin2 di perbankan dunia membutuhkan banyak programmer bahasa ini, dan yang punya stok banyak adalah india, negara lain sudah meninggalkannya termasuk indonesia. lalu , jadilah migrasi ahli-ahli TI india yang tadinya disebut kuno, dan bergabung dengan perusahaan2 besar dunia, disitu mereka banyak belajar, termasuk dengan cepat belajat TI mutakhir, sebagain balik ke Inidia membuat perusahaannya sendiri, dari situ era keemasan dimulai...
