Tidak juga, semuanya mesti berasal dari rakyat, semuanya mesti dibuat secara gerilya, 
contohnya, perpustakaan anak yang dibuat beberapa orang di JKT, sekolah anak jalanan, 
dsb.
 
Kita merdeka juga kaena perjuangan secara gerilya toh?
 
Dapat bantuan pemeintah adlah bonus.
