mungkin pak Yustam gak pernah ke funeral org kristen or mungkin cuma bisa
ngambil kesimpulan kyk gitu dari nonton film2 barat..yaa..:))..
anyway, usually after the pastor or priest sya dust to dust, he will say
let his/her spirit comeback to God..gitu looh..pak.., clear enough
gak..kalo gak kpn2 saya suggest bapak ke funeral org kristen aja biar
clear..ok..? daripada praduga yag gak jelas tp sotoy bgt..:))..
realnya gitu pak..., kadang2 kita ngambil kesimpulan sepotong2 or
setengah2..padahal kita belom liat the whole picture..., gak pa2 it's
humane but i think it's a narrow..., it's a pity if we have such attitude
of thinking, right?..
pls deh..org sotoy susah develop..pak..:))

inilah, karena kata-kata ini pemahamannya menjadi blur ... karena
yang dikatakan adalah from dust to dust not spirit to its creator ..
i think there is no such a word that priest says, even in the bible
itself .... dust to dust its mean there is no care about the spirit ...
but i mean that word just when in the funeral the pastor say it
but for its relative which has disaster, nothing to say or may
be another word that could make him peace to face the
disaster ...

knowledge n pemahaman yang setengah2 akhirnya jadi interpretasi yang
blur...
dust to dust..pada pemahaman kristen tubuh manusia itu fana..karena pada
awalnya God create man from a dust.., so in funeral ceremony usually the
pastor or priest will say from dust to dust..it means their physical body
not their spirit..and setelah dia meninggal their spirit will comeback to
God...to their Maker..

betul, umat kristen menganggap bahwa bagi yang
berasal dari tanah akan kembali ketanah, tapi
inna lillahi ... kembali nya yang bernyawa kepada
penciptanya, bukan dari asal tanah yang di bentuk,
... jadi yang kembali adalah jiwanya yang tenang.
inilah kelebihan islam dibandingkan dengan kristen
dalam setiap musibah banyak kalimat-kalimat zikir
untuk menyabarkan dan mengingatkan akan kekuasaan
sang pencipta, seperti Allhu Akbar, Inna Lilahi ....,
Subhanallah ... dan lain-lain agar ummat tabah
dalam menghadapi musibah ..

Wajar dong saya tanya karena ketika Paus meninggal
dipakai ayat Al Qur'an "Inna lillahi wa inna ilaihi
roji'uun". Padahal kan saya yakin pada agama Katolik
juga ada istilah lain seperti "Rest in Peace" mungkin.
Faith kita beda, tapi ketika istilah agama yang lain
dipakai untuk agama yang berbeda, akan menimbulkan
curiosity. Begitu...
