sejarahnya sejak zaman awal mula manusia memang makhluk yang terbagus dalam
ragam macamnya yang juga bisa memiliki sifat luhur bisa pula sangat rendah dan
kejam kekejamannya seperti binatang buas. Manusia, apalagi yang merasa memiliki
kekuatan dan kekuasaan, bisa menggunakan kekuasaan demi peningkatan peradaban
manusia bisa juga sebaliknya. Yakni tindakan kebiadaban semperti yang dilakukan
penguasa tianika yang demi kekuasaan melakukan pembungkaman sekalian
pembredelan media massa pembakaran buku-buku. Dalam hal ini, saya jadi teringat
karya puisi Agam Wispi berjudul "Surat untuk Pram" yang disitir Alan Hogelan
alias Kamaludin Rangkuti dalam kumpulan tulisan "Esei Sastra", Editor D.Tanaera
(salah satu pen-name saya), edisi Stichting ISDM Culemborg Nederland 1994.

Sajak itu ditulis Agam Wispi 1 September 1988. Begitulah salah satu contoh
ekspresi seniman macam Wispi terbuktikan dalam karya tulisnya. Sedangkan para
seniman atau seniwati yang peduli kehidupan manusia dan kemanusiaan lainnya,
bisa bisa saja kalau sebagai pelukis melukiskan pembungkaman seperti yang
diungkap-lukiskan oleh pelukis Iran Shady Eshghi berjudul "La grande souffrance
3". Dan saya sendiri, antara lain, membuat lukisan di atas kanvas dengan cat
