dimana berlaku diktum terkenal itu: "from each according to
his abilities, to each according to his needs."

di dalam sistem kibbutz, seorang petani yang cuma cekatan
menjalankan traktor tapi punya anak tujuh bisa memperoleh
pendapatan lebih banyak ketimbang doktor pertanian ahli bibit
unggul yang anaknya hanya dua orang.
