Kalau Sutiyoso memang bersalah, datang ke pengadilan lokal (yang menurut ketentuan internasional, sebagai pejabat negara asing yang diundang Pemerintah setempat, dia tidak diwajibkan datang) sama saja cari penyakit. 2. Kalau Sutiyoso tidak bersalah, kesaksiannya akan dipakai untuk menjerat jenderal-jenderal TNI lain, yang dus adalah teman-teman Sutiyoso sendiri. Jadi apa salahnya kalau pengadilan NSW sini minta keterangan dari Sutioso, simple as that bukan? Padahal pengadilan NSW punya tuh apa yang disebut..."incontro vertible evidence" seperti yang dikatakan oleh pengacara Mark Tedeschi QC, bahwa ada dua individu yang telah melakukan kejahatan perang menurut aturan Geneva convention yang ngurusin penjahat2 perang. Kalau misale aku jadi Sutioso aku akan datang dan berani memberikan penjelasan apa adanya. Bisa dia hire pengacara semacam QC disini untuk menangkis segala dakwaan atau apa2 yang dikira memperleceh integritasnya. Malahan dia bisa minta ganti rugi, bagi pencemaran nama baik, wah bisa jutaan dollar dendanya apalagi kalau pemerintah yang mencemarin nama orang.
