ENERGY: Marubeni joins power project in UAE THE ASAHI SHIMBUN* Marubeni Corp. said Thursday it signed a contract to take part in a $2.8 billion (330 billion yen) electric power plant project in the United Arab Emirates. The project in the Emirate of Fujairah will be one of the largest overseas electric power plants jointly developed by a Japanese company.
