Your Names the Light of our eyes and ears Masnavi Vol.1, v. 7-14 http://www.untiredwithloving.org/masnavi_vol1_7_14.html
Rumi tells us the tale of the Nay (Reed-flute) by indicating an important factor: That which causes the moans of the Nay is nothing but the Ishq the unary-love the unrestrained feral love the flaring fire of the entire cosmos. Q: Who is able to listen to the tunes of this Nay (Reed-flute)? A: "The majority of the people of the Paradise are Al-Bulh" said the Prophet, peace be upon him. Al-Bulh is the plural of Ablah and this is the person who is completely neglectful of evil (i.e. does no evil) and his/her nature is inclined towards goodness. Or someone who is conquered by a salubrious bosom i.e. always suspects the good in people, totally neglecting this world. --DARA The Eyeless Lion
