Tehran-Riyadh ties help regional stability: official Riyadh

Head of Saudi Red Crescent Society, Faisal bin Abdullah said here on Saturday
that Iran and Saudi Arabia can provide regional peace, security and stability
through bilateral cooperation.
In a meeting with Iran's Ambassador to Riyadh, Mohammad Hosseini, he voiced his
country's interest to bolster ties with the Islamic Republic.
The Saudi official called for continued consultation between the two countries'
officials in order to settle the existing issues.
He warned against enemies threats against all Muslim states throughout the
globe.
For his part, the Iranian envoy, announced Tehran's determination to upgrade
bilateral ties with Riyadh and stressed that certain foreign countries are
attempting to create discord among regional states.
He further referred to critical situation in Iraq, Afghanistan and the occupied
Palestine.
Referring to the emphasis of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution
Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei on Muslims unity, Hosseini called for solidarity
among all Islamic nations, particularly in the region.
