Teriakan tidak mempunyai arti tanpa implementasi, undang-undang dan peraturan tidak mempunyai arti jika tidak dilaksanakan. Dalam renungan pribadi seandainya pendidikan menjadi prioritas utama pembangunan sejak republik Indonesia lahir dalam alam berdemokrasi ria maka Indonesia saat ini tidak tertatih-tatih melangkah. janganlah terus menonjolkan otot-otot kekuasaan yang mempunyai batas, namun pendidikan yang ditanamkan kepada individu yang akan melanjutkan diri sebagai warga indonesia tidak akan pupus. Dalam tingkat kebijakan dirasakan adanya kemauan, kemauan diimplementasi dalam bentuk undang-undang---pada tahap ini berjalan baik--- sampai pada tingkat implementasi ternyata sulit memenuhi 20% APBN yang sudah disepakati. Seharusnya kemauan keras dan keinginan memajukan bangsa dan secara bersama dengan pemimpinnya dapat diwujudkan. Renungan pribadi lagi bahwa biaya yang disisihkan 20% untuk pendidikan direncanakan efektif, efisien, demokratis, menjadi modal besar Indonesia setelah 10 tahun mendatang. Mulailah dari sekarang, jangan tunggu ketinggalan kita yang semakin jauh. Demokrasi sudah dibuka, jangan ditutup lagi, keterbukaan dan transparansi harus menjadi kunci pelaksanaan demokrasi. alhamdulillah undang-undang mendapatkan informasi sudah disahkan? namun apakah dalam implementasinya harus menghadapi kendala? mudah-mudahan tidak. Demokrasi, Pendidikan dan keterbukaan yang berkeadilan sudah seharusnya menjadi prioritas pemerintah. Yakinlah pembangunan fisik hanya dapat dikembang-tumbuhkan jika manusianya mempunyai pendidikan. Pembangunan fisik yang aduhai tanpa pendidikan bagi penghuninya hanya menunggu kapan sumber pembangunan itu habis maka pembangunan fisik yang sudah dibangun dengan biaya besar secara perlahan tapi pasti bangunan tersebut akan hancur karena penghuninya tidak berpendidikan. Menghadapi pemilu 2009 sudah saatnya partai menonjolkan calonnya dengan profil, visi, misi pribadi dan partainya sehingga pemilih tidak kecele ketika pemilu nantinya. Amin.

In Pakistan, there are 23 daily newspapers per 1,000 Pakistanis while the same ratio in Singapore is 360. In the UK, the number of book titles per million stands at 2,000 while the same in Egypt is 20. Conclusion: The Muslim world is failing to diffuse knowledge. Exports of high technology products as a percentage of total exports are an important indicator of knowledge application. Pakistan's exports of high technology products as a percentage of total exports stands at one per cent. The same for Saudi Arabia is 0.3 per cent; Kuwait, Morocco, and Algeria are all at 0.3 per cent while Singapore is at 58 per cent. Conclusion: The Muslim world is failing to apply knowledge.
