*IOF Arrests 31 Palestinians in West Bank* Date : 21/1/2009 Time : 16:04 *WEST BANK*, January 21, 2009 (WAFA)- Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) arrested, Tuesday, 31 Palestinians from the West Bank cities of Hebron, Jenin, Ramallah, Nablus and Bethlehem, on Tuesday and Wednesday. Palestinian security sources reported that IOF arrested, Tuesday, twenty four Palestinians, ten of whom in Hebron, one in Rafat village near Ramallah, two in Bethlehem, and four from Nablus villages.
