Yes it does, for a variety of reasons. Every single person see the world
according to who they are and where they're coming from. The world
appears to them through their own singular lens based upon eight primary
influences:

* the way they were brought up
* culture
* gender
* religion
* personal values
* emotional maturity
* experiences
* thought processes

It stands to reason that no two persons will see the world the same,
especially when they were reared differently. Just being brought up in
two different countries can have a vast effect on how someone perceives
the world.
