Review Comment:
   `RandomSource` is a port of my work for the simulator, and copied over at my 
suggestion.
   
   `RandomDelayQueue`, `BurnTest` and `Cluster` are all my creations and these 
are where you introduced your new abstractions.
   
   When I pushed back against using `Gen` there, this seemed to turn into a 
general question about how we might rationalise the approaches, as you seem to 
prefer that I and others adopt your abstractions and generators more generally.
