Review Comment:
   > They should be members of a keyspace we can clearly document as unstable, 
so that users do not take a programmatic dependency upon them.
   
   this is not enough to not be part of the public API.  I brought this up when 
finding vtables were getting added that are super brittle or with bad UX and 
how we can fix them without doing breaking changes.  We do not have 
experimental tables at the moment and we need to flesh that out as a project 
first if we want that.  Putting the word `debug` in the keyspace is not enough 
for that, and if that is a goal I am against this patch; we need to fix this in 
the project first.
   
   People in dev@ are not opposed to the idea, but we need to flesh that out 
and document things.
