Review Comment:
   This needs one more round of update to the logic: It should be possible to 
specify in the global config model whether to auto-register the spatial indexer 
endpoint for all update endpoints. After all, if someone is allowed to update 
the data, then I think it is reasonable to also allow for updating the spatial 
index which depends on the data. (Ideally the spatial index would at some point 
be auto updated).
   If the global option disabled (default), then spatial-indexer operations and 
endpoints would have to be manually configured.
