It is estimated that between 30-50% of people are affected by insomnia.
Insomnia is the inability to fall asleep or the inability to stay
asleep. The most common cause of insomnia is stress. However, there are
medical conditions that can cause insomnia. If you suffer from pain,

congestive heart failure, then you should seek the advice of your
