That's excellent advice, and I'll surely do it as you suggest to get a more accurate idea of the costs...but I have to get an electricity bill from someone I know because all my utilities (save phone and cable) are included in my rent. Using more electricity doesn't personally save me money, but I like to be efficient when I can for the greater good.
