Such is the danger of email. I honestly do not think Ernst intended any
disrespect, altho the phrase "voted with their feet" is sometimes used as an
indication of dissatisfaction. Perhaps the post was dashed off in a hurry
without considering all the possible interpretations, but knowing this
particular person, I can assure you there is not a trace of malice in this
man, Rick, honest to Euler. Tell ya what, if you are in the neighborhood
