On the command line you can use the 'lp -o ...' option, I forget the correct syntax but its something like ... lp -o duplex=two-sides -p <myprinter> <myprintfile> or you can probably permanently set it in the print-q's ppd file; edit it and change the default duplex state. or you might even be able to just configure your printer to always print two-sided.
