By default the ipp_listener service is in maintenance on my clean snv_99
install. Clearing/disabling/enabling does not remedy the situation. In
/var/svc/log/application-print-ipp-listener:default.log:
[ Nov 3 08:32:01 Executing start method ("/usr/apache/bin/httpd -f
/etc/apache/httpd-standalone-ipp.conf"). ]
/sbin/sh[1]: exec: /usr/apache/bin/httpd: not found

I have verified that there is no /usr/apache/bin/httpd. There isn't even a bin
folder. I've search the filesystems for an httpd, but one can't be found. I'm
sure I'm missing something obvious, but am confused why it doesn't work by
default.
