Actually, I'm going to be using this server as a print server (among
other things) for windows clients.  Which is more suitable for that?

print system based primarily on IPP and other bits of course.
It is also available on OpenSolaris now since build 87. It works very 
well with the desktop apps once you figure out how to create the queues.
Of course, we don't yet have a GUI that works on OpenSolaris. This is 
being worked on though.
