When I thought that the job was just sitting on the queue, I was wrong. Sorry! My desk is a walk away from the printer and I hadn't checked the printer. When I did, I found that the printer was TRYING to print the job, but it was asking for "Letter" size paper in tray 1 (which is the manual feed). When I pressed some buttons to tell it to get on with it, the printer started printing from tray 3 which holds A3 size paper. The file I sent was an HP2 file and instead of printing it as a 1-page diagram, it was many pages of text, so I stopped it of course. I'll try some things including those that have already been suggested and see if I can get it to print in the right size from the right tray and interpreting the HP2 file correctly.
