In our LTC facility we have one building that has specific floors assigned for various types of dementia patients. We have two such floors in the facility. This means when someone asks to visit a resident, they are told which floor and room number they're in and the diagnosis is given away due to their floor number. Has anyone else run into this problem or is in the same situation? Did anyone get recommendations on how to fix this situation?
